Instant Pot Ramen Recipe:


  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lb boneless pork belly, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Sriracha sauce (optional)


  1. In the Instant Pot, combine chicken broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, miso paste, chili paste, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add sliced pork belly to the pot and stir to coat in the broth mixture.
  3. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  4. While the pork is cooking, prepare the eggs. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently lower the eggs into the water. Boil for 7 minutes, then remove from the water and place into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  5. Once the pork is done cooking, carefully release the pressure from the Instant Pot.
  6. Add the ramen noodles to the Instant Pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
  7. To serve, ladle the ramen into bowls and top with sliced green onions, cilantro, and a soft-boiled egg. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce if desired.
